John recently came to Hawaii to do a seminar for us on Conflict Management. The delegates loved the event and felt that the content was just what they needed to hear in this area. Comments ranged from ‘‘Excellent! I am so thankful I came, as I have learned some life changing skills and insights’’ to ‘’John is exceptionally knowledgeable and has wonderful practical applications’’. The delegates felt that John's style made it easy to remember and apply his suggestions. They wanted him back in the future.
