Mediation
What is Mediation?
Mediation is an "assisted negotiation process”. The goal of mediation is to
facilitate "assisted communications for agreement". The trained mediator
facilitates dialogue between disputing parties and guides them through a cooperative
decision making process that provides the opportunity to restore trust.
