Customised Training
Daily stress affects the mental and emotional well-being of the individual, creating imbalance in the work-life equation. Over time, this may invariably have a detrimental effect on the individual and an impact on the family.
We recognise that robust and effective organisations rely on the skills and abilities of staff to bring the organisations to greater heights. Hence, our Customised Training curriculum is specially designed to reach out to the working population with the encouraging message “There is Hope”. The objective is to empower employees and supervisors with the soft skills and techniques to discover and understand their makeup so as to build healthy mindset and positive attitude. A positive staff force is indispensable to organisational success. An investment in employee development creates progress and profit!
Unique Approach
Our therapeutic approach is the unique feature of EMCC talks and workshops, which focuses on personal and professional development. This approach enables participants to understand issues like anger, conflict, self-esteem and relationships, and others from an inter and intra perspective. Our workshops enable individuals to not only understand themselves and others better but also provide participants with practical ‘handles’ for self help.
Benefits of EMCC Customised Training
We respond creatively to the unique training needs of our clients through our customised training. Trainings are highly interactive and include large and small group discussions, exercises and role plays. Our aim is to help you unleash and develop your staff’s potential so as to create team cohesiveness. This will help you to achieve organisational excellence and creativity, resulting in improved profitability.
We believe every staff member should be equipped with good conflict management skills to defuse explosive situations before they end up costing an organisation through litigation, loss of employees and/or loss of productivity and competitiveness. We thus make available our unique Integrated Conflict Management Suite (ICMS) for customising to fulfil your organisational needs.
Nationwide employee wellness training
We are pleased to be the Health Promotion Board’s (HPB) appointed training service provider for its “Cultivating a Healthy Mind” and “Treasure Your Mind” programmes – HPB’s mental health initiatives launched in 2007. Over 100 organisations have undergone our training by end of 2008. As part of our effort to reach out to the community, we have also conducted community talks at the Singapore Botanical Gardens and Health exhibitions organised by HPB.

Hierarchical organisations, power and authority relations, leadership styles, and organisational cultures contribute to the development of these negative feelings, which must be skilfully managed to avoid anger. This workshop will help participants to understand the nature of anger, recognise its triggers and learn to harness its energy.
