Training for Counsellors
Training programmes for counsellors include:
- Clinical Supervision
- Accreditation of facilitators for PREPARE/ ENRICH
- Other specialised training includes divorce mediation, elderly and family mediation and parent- teen mediation. The divorce mediation training package is the only one in Asia approved by the Association of Conflict Resolution, or ACR (USA).
Clinical Supervision
Clinical supervision is specially designed for professional counsellors to hone their skills. This occurs in small group/one-to-one supervision with actual cases (video or audio).

Accreditation of Facilitators for PREPARE/ ENRICH
We provide a one-day workshop for helping professionals to administer and interpret marriage and premarital questionnaires or inventories to help couples strengthen and enhance their relationships.
PREPARE/ ENRICH is designed to build stronger marriages by providing helping professionals with a psychometric tool to identify couples’ strengths and weaknesses, along with a programme to build on strengths to overcome their challenges.
