Our Mediation Services
EMCC has extensive experience in mediation. Over the last 10 years, it has offered mediation training programmes to many organisations, including Temasek Polytechnic, Singapore Polytechnic, the Ministry of Education, the Insolvency and Public Trustee’s Office, churches and other faith organisations.
EMCC mediators have a strong reputation. EMCC was the first and only organisation to be appointed by the Subordinate Courts to perform mediations in the Family Court in the late 1990s. Since then, EMCC mediators have been some of the forerunners in community mediation. Three of EMCC’s top mediators are Master Mediators with the Community Mediation Centres and they are also the appointed mediators for the Tribunal for the Maintenance of Parents.
